The right bait draws certain fish faster or more often. Your fishing level unlocks new bait.

Buying and using
- Bread Dough is free and unlimited. All other baits get used up: one bait per bite.
- Pit at the “Bait & Tackle” stand sells them in packs of 10. Earthworm costs 2 🐚 each, Golden Bait 24 🐚.
- When a bait runs out, Bread Dough goes on the hook automatically.
- You pick the bait in the equipment window: tap the bait in the bar at the bottom, or 🎒.
Better and rarer
- At the workbench you craft bait of tiers II to V. They work better.
- Place matters: a bait only works fully where it fits – earthworm in fresh water, shrimp in the sea.
- Golden Bait is for hunting legendaries, not for earning money.
