Lobby and inviting friends
Create a lobby, send the link – and you’re playing together.
Creating a lobby
- Pick a name and look, then tap “Create lobby”. You’re the host.
- In the lobby, you set the game mode, board, rounds and rules.
- Between 2 and 8 people can play. “Add bot” fills empty seats.
Inviting friends
- Copy the invite link or tap “Share link”. Anyone who opens it just picks a name and look.
- Or share the lobby code. It’s shown at the top of the lobby; to join, type it on the start page.
- Friends with an account can also follow you straight into the lobby.
Private or public
- Private (default): the lobby appears in the list, but joining needs the link or code.
- Public: anyone can join straight from the lobby list.
Quick Play
“Quick Play” puts you in the best open lobby – or opens a new public one. Wait for players or start with bots any time.
Waiting on the island
Until it starts, you can tap “Go fishing” in the waiting lobby. As soon as the host starts, you land in the game automatically.
Removing players and coming back
- As the host, tap “⋯” on a player card to remove someone – even mid-game. A bot takes over the seat, and that person can’t come back for 10 minutes.
- Closed the tab by accident? Just open REELPARTY again: the start page offers “Back to the game”. Until then, a bot plays for you.
- With an account, this works on another device, too.
