Customizing the rules
As host, you change the rules in the lobby – from cozy to chaotic.
Where do I set this?
In the lobby under “Customize rules”. This applies in board game mode. If a rule differs from the default, a card appears at the start and a chip with the number of special rules shows in the game.
Quick presets
- ⭐ Classic – the default rules.
- 🌪️ Chaos – wild items.
- ♟️ Tactics – thoughtful moves.
- 💀 Brutal – hard K.O.s.
Examples of single rules
- 🌧️ Item rain: at the start of every round, an item falls from the sky for everyone.
- 🕊️ Pacifists: no attack items.
- ❤️ Health: 10, 20 or 30.
- 🎲 Dice: 1 to 6 or 1 to 10.
- 🪞 Mirror world: lucky and unlucky spaces are swapped.
- 💀 Hard K.O.s: whoever gets K.O.’d loses all their keys.
There are 12 rules in total. Try them with bots before you invite friends.
