Village stories
Five people on the island have a story for you – chapter by chapter. With “📍 Show” you’ll find every goal.
Who tells the stories
- Harbour master Hella Poller, Lotte (Frieda’s granddaughter) and Professor Wilma Flossdorf – their three stories end together on the fountain night.
- Foreman Hannes at Ore Mountain and Carpenter Jupp in Hut Bay have stories of their own.
- A ! above someone’s head means: new chapter. A ? means: you can hand in. You’ll see both on the map too.
Taking on a chapter
Click or tap the person when you’re close and listen to what they need. You’ll find every chapter and your progress under Village stories (O or the ⋯ menu).
Showing the way
- When you take on a chapter, the game shows you the way straight away: a bar at the bottom shows the next goal, the distance and an arrow.
- A column of light glows above the goal and a marker pulses on the map. Once you’re close, a ring appears on the ground.
- In Village stories, every goal with a fixed place has 📍 Show and 🗺️ On the map. Only one story is shown at a time.
- Tap the arrow to see the goal on the island map. Use ✕ to hide the bar.
- Once everything is done, the bar shows the way back to the person waiting for you.
Goals like “Catch a prize specimen” work anywhere – there’s no place to show for those.
Driftwood for Jupp
- The three piles lie on the beach in Hut Bay: silvery bleached wood with seaweed and shells.
- Just walk close past a pile and you’ve got a piece. The message “🪵 Driftwood 2/3” shows your progress.
- Piles you still need sparkle when you’re nearby.
